Returns

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned FREE of charge for a refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

Any security tags must still be intact and attached to the returned items. We are not able to offer exchanges as all of our products are one-of-a-kind pieces.

Initial delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Return Instructions

To request a return, please send an email to support@buenasvibras.co.uk with the order number and details of the items you would like to return. Once received, we will send you a confirmation email with the address and instructions for the return shipment.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted. The refunded amount will be available within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on the credit card company and payment type.

Return Terms and Conditions

Any returned items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed; and returned in perfect condition with all the original packaging and other accessories (cases, covers, etc.) received with the order, including any ‘remove upon wear’ tags still intact.
